Member Sign-Up

To become a member of the Edmonds Petanque Club, please follow the steps below:

1. Fill out the Form Below and Press Submit.

2. Download forms (Membership Forms)

Sign both membership and appropriate waiver form and include check for 1 year dues for new members.  Current members with up to date information only have to pay dues.  NOTE:  Current members need to renew before Jan 30, 2019 to avoid a $5 FPUSA late fee.  The late fee does not apply to associate members or friends

Include passport type photo

Mail the form to the address provided in the form.

Current members can also renew their membership by using Secured Paypal link in the “shop” icon.
